September vehicle numbers

So! with 4963 vehicles per day during August on London Road (there are 3 other entrances/exits to our village of Shrewton,) and with holiday traffic abating on the A303 now the schools are back, we have the vehicle numbers in both directions for September on London Road.   Figures are taken from the Speed Indicator Devices....so are completely accurate....and our friend Dr Simon Temple who represents http://stonehengealliance.org.uk/ tells us that the traffic on the A303 has not increased since 2004.....maybe he's been locked up at Her Majesty's pleasure for the past 15 years??!   Here we have 4505 per day!!
