As STAKEHOLDERS i.e. bodies with an interest in A303 matters around Stonehenge, STAG were again invited to attend the briefing for Solstice 2017 hosted by English Heritage, who are the custodians of the ancient monument. Also in attendance was Inspector Freeman of Wiltshire Police who told us that there would be an increased level of security at this year's party including armed police officers in full view. Should you require assistance, Wiltshire Police have also put in place...."Special Liaison Officers" who will be recognised wearing light blue tabards. We were told that extra Street Pastors will be in place for personal assistance.
